A Community Of Hope

Here To Serve Christ

Hi! Welcome to our website. We are glad to have you here. Vineyard Church of Harford County is a new church in the community and we opened our doors for the first time on Sunday, September 20th, 2009 at 10:00 at the Jopppatowne High School. Our team has been preparing for this event for over a year and we look forward to meeting you. You are invited to come as you are and celebrate a great new beginning with individuals from all walks of life, who have a passion for Jesus, and love to have fun!

Our mission is to be a people that love God with everything that is in us. We want to be a community of hope that reveals the love and compassion of God to our neighbors, surrounding communities, families, and friends by being a people of Word & Deed who live out their faith with action. We are to be the best friend that this community has ever had.

Jesus said "The first in importance is, 'Listen, Israel: The Lord your God is one; so love the Lord God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence and energy.' And here is the second: 'Love others as well as you love yourself. There is no other commandment that ranks with these." - Mark 12:29-311

The VCHC Community is one of hope. What does that mean? Hope is to cherish a desire with anticipation or to desire with the expectation of obtainment. At VCHC we strive to be a place where you can come as you are and learn to hope again.

We love to take what the Bible says and try to live it out. Our desire is to be people that are devoted to doing the Kingdom of God stuff that Jesus did.

It is an honest assessment to say that Jesus wrecked our lives and we are good for nothing else! We are a Kingdom people that have fervor to bring the same "Hope" to others around us by serving those in our community and building bridges of friendships for Jesus to walk across.

Start you week off with a celebration and launch new friendships at the same time.
